Unser Mobility- und Fitnessbereich ist darauf ausgelegt, dich in Topform für die Wellen zu halten, egal, ob du eine Woche hier bist oder die ganze Saison bleibst. Er ist vollständig ausgestattet mit freien Gewichten, Widerstandsbändern, Faszienrollen und einer Vielzahl an Mobility-Tools, die dir helfen, Kraft aufzubauen, dein Gleichgewicht zu verbessern und deine Flexibilität zu erhalten.

Es gibt reichlich offenen Raum für Dehnübungen, Yoga oder Bodyweight-Training, wodurch der Bereich vielseitig für alle Trainingsarten nutzbar ist.
Viele Gäste starten ihren Morgen hier mit einem sanften Stretching oder Warm-up, bevor sie aufs Surfbrett steigen, während andere den Bereich am Nachmittag für die Regeneration nach der Session oder ein fokussiertes Workout nutzen.

Es ist mehr als nur ein Ort zum Trainieren, es ist ein Platz, um andere Surfer zu treffen, Tipps auszutauschen und deinen Körper stark, locker und bereit für deine nächste Session im Wasser zu halten.

Questions about the setup

Is the pool really saltwater?

Yep, saltwater infinity pool. Easier on your eyes after surf sessions, better for your skin, and way less chemical smell. Plus it looks sick flowing into the horizon. The swim-up bar doesn't hurt either.

Can anyone use the surf skate bowl?

Open 24/7 for all guests. Beginners to bowl masters, everyone's welcome. Gets busy after dinner when people are showing off. We've got a few surf skates you can borrow, or bring your own. Lights stay on till late.

What kind of food does the restaurant serve?

Everything from local Indonesian classics to western comfort food. Nasi goreng for breakfast? Yes. Wood-fired pizza for dinner? Also yes. All-day menu because hunger doesn't follow schedules. Veggie/vegan options always available.

Do I need to book the facilities?

Nope. Pool, bowl, gym, pool table – all first come, first served. Restaurant's always open, no reservations needed. Only thing you might wait for is the pool table when someone's on a hot streak.

Is the gym decent or just basic?

It's not Gold's Gym, but it's got everything for surf fitness. Free weights, bands, foam rollers, pull-up bars. Perfect for morning stretches or working out that paddle strength. Small but does the job.

What's the deal with the koi pond?

Our little zen corner with a hydroponic garden on top. The koi are chill, the veggies end up in your salad. Random spot to decompress between sessions. Yes, you can feed them – they're always hungry.
