The Experience
This retreat is for women who already surf, catch unbroken waves, and feel ready to take the next step not just technically, but mentally and emotionally in the ocean. You'll surf daily with guidance from Taina Izquierdo and the Kala Surf team, focusing on positioning, wave selection, confidence, and flow. Through personalised coaching and video analysis, you'll gain a clearer understanding of your surfing and how to progress with intention.
Beyond the surf, the experience is balanced with yoga, breathwork, and mobility sessions designed specifically for surfers, helping you recover, reset, and stay connected to your body throughout the week.

Meet Your Coach Taina Izquierdo
Indonesian National Surfer
The retreat is led by Indonesian national surfer Taina Izquierdo, whose coaching style blends technical expertise with intuition, confidence-building, and deep respect for the ocean. Taina creates a supportive environment where women can push their limits while feeling safe, encouraged, and grounded. Her approach focuses not just on how you surf, but how you feel in the water, helping you build trust in yourself and your abilities.
Limited Availability
