Our mobility and fitness area is designed to keep you in top shape for the waves — whether you're here for a week or the whole season. It's fully equipped with free weights, resistance bands, foam rollers, and a variety of mobility tools to help you build strength, improve balance, and maintain flexibility.
There's plenty of open space for stretching, yoga, or bodyweight training, making the area versatile for all types of workouts. Many guests start their morning here with a gentle stretch or warm-up before hitting the waves, while others use the space in the afternoon for post-session recovery or a focused workout.
It's more than just a place to train — it's a spot to meet fellow surfers, share tips, and keep your body strong, loose, and ready for your next session in the water.
